Event Management is provided by Vista Cielo Rosa personnel.

It begins with your tour conducted by our venue director followed by our booking process and then your 3-month meeting (see FAQs). Of course, we are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout the planning and event process. Our personnel are responsible for set-up and take-down of your tables, chairs, and linens. On the day of your event, we ensure the venue is being maintained (including restrooms), rules are being followed, trash receptacles are emptied, and questions or concerns are addressed as they arise. 

Security services are required for all events to ensure the safety and protection of all event attendees; they maintain lawfulness on the premises. 

Bartending services are required if alcohol is to be served at your event. Our staff bartenders are TABC-certified and all alcohol must be served by them. They ensure that guests are in compliance with Texas alcohol consumption laws and served responsibly. 

Day-Of Wedding Coordination services are for Brides who have planned their own wedding and need a professional to execute the wedding day plan as seamlessly as possible, according to the Bride's specifications. Our experienced Coordinator will help ease the stress of a Bride on her wedding day by orchestrating all the events of the day and handling any issues that may arise. The ceremony and reception timeline will be reviewed with the Bride prior to the rehearsal and will be directed by the Coordinator on the wedding day. By obtaining these services, couples can enjoy all the special moments with their new spouse, family, and friends.
